With your Noonday Collection account, you will have access to the following information:

  • Your Customer Profile
  • Your Wish Lists
  • Your Gift Cards
  • Your Trunk Show History
  • Your Order History
  • Your Saved Payment Methods
  • Your Saved Addresses

What is the status of my order?

You can track the status of an order by logging into your Noonday Collection account! Log in to your Noonday Collection account by selecting Sign In at the upper right-hand corner. Once you are logged in, go to My Profile > Orders to see order details on orders placed since January 2018 as long as the email address used for those orders matches the email address in your account profile.

How do I change my account password?

Log in to your Noonday Collection account by selecting Sign In at the upper right-hand corner. Once you are logged in, go to My Profile and select the Change Your Password link.

I forgot my account password. How do I log in?

No worries! Select Sign In at the upper right-hand corner and select the Forgot Your Password? link. Enter your email address and we’ll send you instructions to reset your password!

How do I change the email address on my account?

Log in to your Noonday Collection account by selecting Sign In at the upper right-hand corner. Once you are logged in, go to My Profile > Gift Cards. Any gift cards which you purchased or were gifted to you with a remaining balance will appear on this page as long as the email address used for those gift cards matches the email address in your account profile.

How do I save a payment method?

Log in to your Noonday Collection account by selecting Sign In at the upper right-hand corner and begin shopping. In the Payment step of the checkout process, enter the payment method and check Save card. Once you complete your order, that payment method will be saved to your account.

To remove a saved payment method, go to My Profile > Payment Methods and select the payment method you want to remove. Once selected, click Edit, click the Red X, then click Delete.

How do I view my gift cards?

Log in to your Noonday Collection account by selecting Sign In at the upper right-hand corner. Once you are logged in, go to My Profile > Gift Cards. Any gift cards which you purchased or were gifted to you with a remaining balance will appear on this page as long as the email address used for those gift cards matches the email address in your account profile.

Any of these gift cards can be selected as a payment method in the Payment step of checkout and will deduct from your order balance. Once a gift card has been used, it will no longer appear on the Gift Cards page of your Noonday Collection account.
